WELCOME

100 Degrees

I'm standing still on the Hill
Watching the dead walking
And the living barely breathing
Even the rats don't bother to creep
Shaking their tiny heads
They quickly go back to sleep
I'm hiding by the trees
'Cause It's well over 100 degrees
I would pay for a bit of breeze
A Pina colada with whipped cream
a cherry and a free brain feeeze
I'm sweating profusely
Wishing to be in a pool
I can't find a way in this Hell
to keep my body cool
The kevlar in my vest
Is doing what it does best
Keeps the heat in the Summer
And stays cold in the Winter
What do I know
I just hate this 100° weather
I like Fall and  Winter
But I'll never wish for the snow
