Falling Into The Deep

I say I'm OK writing it
hurriedly in my book
Not admitting to the truth
I'm falling, falling
down into the deep
It is a struggle I wish 
I didn't have to keep
I close my eyes
clench my fists and
Grind my teeth
I'm falling, falling
down into the deep
I try to reach out
All I can feel is myself
walled in with a no way out
surrounded by a silent
and unrecognizable crowd
Everything seems more
difficult and too steep
