An incredible spirit
Born to help
25 Years a nurse
The rest of her time
Now assisting the dying
A kinder heart
With such grace, I can tell,
She has been an amazing wife
with no regrets and no remorse
She walks by with an aura of might
A well deserved shining light
gained in the arduous
Trenches of a devoted to others life
Every time she passes me by
She always asks me
if I need anything
and all I can think is
I wish I could lean forward
To give her a loving hug
Like the ones a mother
gets from her child
I know she knows the pain
I see in other peoples eyes
She's a compassionate guide
to the great equalizer
I wish we all could be
So unselfish and so truly
