Where Dragons Dwell
Trapped in my castle
With no king, no prince
And no knight,
I watch the day turn
Into night
There are no armed
Soldiers guarding
My towers
So I'm laying in my bed
Waiting for the next
Six hours
I spread them apart
To cross one more
Off my chart
Unlike the wings of
a falcon taking flight
It's not a pretty sight
I need to take my time
With it all, be kind,
ease my mind
Go slow, take it all in
My lair, my secret cave
And appreciate what
I was given
What I finally have
Deep it goes
Like a dagger, a sword
And a knife
This is now my life
I must relax and let go
Inhale and exhale
Let it flow
The blood of this queen
Is mixed in with the gel
I have fifteen minutes
More to question
Where dragons dwell
