WELCOME

Last Night

It was a magical night. Thanks to my new friend Rich. He took me on a date to dinner and a movie in the heart of Providence. I have never been to a movie theater nor to a restaurant as a woman before, and it was exciting and liberating. It was great to have him by my side, it shifted my worries to him being OK with what he had put himself into by taking this T-Girl out and about. I wondered all night if he was nervous or feared any unpleasant possible situation. He seemed to enjoy himself, confident and strong. Except perhaps in finding the car in the parking lot on the way back... LOL. It was cute despite the long cold walk in high heels to the "lost" vehicle.

While out walking to our two destinations for the night, being at the big and beautiful Providence Place mall, we encountered many young adults and even children with their watchful parents, I managed to deal with the stares and the puzzled looks, the knowing smiles, and why not, some wishful thinkers as well.

Holding hands with my beau, helped a great deal of course. I can't wait to be out more and more. I hope Rich knows how much respect I have for what he did for me, showing me and the world out there the bigger and brave man he is. It takes courage, and you my friend, have shown me plenty.

Thank you. I will never forget that night.

  • I’m simply honored to have the privilege of making a magical night for such a wonder and deserving woman. With respect to the reactions that Gabby was mentioning, they didn’t matter to me wholly to the decision I made when I asked her to join me for such a night. That freed me up to focus on what was important to me, having a good night with a wonderful woman. Only thing that I felt bad about is that I had her walk around in heels while we were locating my car. Overall, I could not have asked to a better way to spend my night thanks to Gabby.
