Legal Changes Progress

It has been a race to get all sorts of documents changed.

It is so exciting but also taking a lot of time to get everything done. I do not particularly like to depend on others to get things done and I am typically impatient. When I am on the move, I need things done, you know, but unfortunately there are many steps and people involved when you change your name.

Special thanks to the wonderful P.O. in charge of the licensing at the Foster PD for helping me out, he was very professional and so quick in getting me the updated card. Social Security was also lightning fast, I can't thank them enough. Social Security plays the most important role in this process it is the main document that allows all documents to be changed/updated. My bank was very very fast and the first thing I was able to change. They got me the bank cards and the account changed in no time. HFS also extremely kind and helpful just changed my account info. Thank you all.

DMV is next... I am shaking already.

Update as of 05/09/2021... DMV is only seeing people with reservations made online. My appointment is set in a month from now!!! Terrible.

Update as of 05/14/2021...

The Pawtucket PD BCI unit was very responsive in getting my documents signed. Thank you.

Also, the personnel at the Pawtucket USPS main office were also very helpful and I was able to send my new passport application in for processing very quickly. Thank you.

Update as of 06/11/2021...

The Rhode Island DMV came through with my new license today. Gender marker is finally changed as well as my name.

Update as of 07/10/2021...

The Office of the Atty General has still not come through. I am making less money at my job because of that. I need that License fellas. Please.

Passport still not here either. 

Update as of 08/08/2021...

The Office of the Attorney General has finally come through. One day next week I will be picking my permit.

The Passport, is a big mess. The lady at the P.O. fucked up royally and now I need to send more info with a new form. It is becoming a nightmare.
